Smith Collective Retail April 2025 Giveaway [Closes Thursday, 14 April 2025]

1. Smith Collective Retail Giveaway (Giveaway) is open to residents of the Gold Coast, aged 18 and above.

2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Smith Collective Retail are not eligible to participate.

3. Participants must have a valid social media account to enter.

How to Enter:

4. To enter, participants must:

- Like the Giveaway post.

- Follow Smith Collective Retail

- Tag a friend in the comments. Each tag represents an entry.

5. Additional entries can be earned by sharing the Giveaway post to the participants story and tagging Smith Collective Retail.

Giveaway Period:

6. The Giveaway begins on Monday 31 March 2025 and ends on Monday 14 April 2025 at 4pm (Giveaway Period).

Winner Selection:

7. The winner will be selected randomly by Smith Collective Retail.

8. The winner will be announced on social media and notified through the specified contact method.

Prizes:

9. There are three separate prizes (3 winners, 1 prize per winner) from the following retailers:

-$50 gift voucher from Cycho’s Buffalo Wings

-$50 gift voucher from Blue Koala Cafe

-$50 gift voucher from Woolworths

10. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Validity dates as per each individual voucher.

Privacy and Data Usage:

11. By participating, entrants agree to the Smith Collective Retail privacy policy regarding the collection and use of personal information. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of the Giveaway.

General Conditions:

12. Smith Collective Retail reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or those that are found to be fraudulent or tampered with.

13. Smith Collective Retail reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary and to make the final decision on any matters related to the Giveaway.

Liability:

14. Smith Collective Retail is not responsible for any issues related to the delivery or use of the prize.

Disputes:

15. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Governing Law:

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Gold Coast, Queensland.
